KTM adventure storage box

3D printed storage box for KTM 950 and 990 Adventure models using after market intakes.

Print this in Nylon or annealed HTPLA. It gets a bit warm over the rear cylinder for PLA or PETG. Line it with insulation for additional insurance. The rear header heatsoaks that area in the summer while running in sand.

At the time of this post, this part has been in service for over a year and 12,000 miles in hot operating conditions.

This has ears to fit the early 950 bikes. It should fit a 990 without problems.
