We battled in what seemed like an endless war. Thousands upon thousands of lifeforms that we have never seen before. Their skin impenetrable by our current arsenal of weapons. They seemed to be trained very well in close combat. For a very quick moment I saw one of the leaders standing atop the hill giving command to the legions underneath before turning towards us and unleashing chaos. I am sure glad that i survived that day, despite now missing my arms and limbs----a survivor's account of an encounter with the Charucaca and one of its leaders, Kuraka.
