La-Z-Boy Lever

After three decades of service, my La-Z-Boy recliner handle broke.This designed for old style La-Z-Boys, circa 1993. If your handle attaches to a square shaft approximately 11.5mm ~ ½ inch, this may work for you. The handle has some internal geometry to stiffen and support the handle.I printed with 5 walls and 40% infill. There are three ‘shafts’ for the grub screw to lock in, I reamed mine with a 5/16" drill and let the grub self-tap the shaft.If you need to make some adjustments, the TinkerCAD is available.
