This is a simple jig for making 1" x 2" labels on a fiber or diode laser. It's designed to hold aluminum business cards flat. The jig is best printed with a material that withstands high heat, as the cutting operation can heat up the aluminum enough to deform PLA. I used ASA. It's a simple print, 0.2mm is just fine. The mounting is meant for an M6 with a 75mm spacing. A socket head cap screw clears the mounting wings.Aluminum Business Cards - https://amzn.to/3IBeaTS
