I made this to hold a roll of food labels and keep a sharpie with it that mounts to a wall, shelf, or wherever with two screws.
My roll of labels are 1" x 2" that are on a cardboard roll with a hole that's approximately 1" (~25mm) in diameter and the same width. The roll holding rod is 28mm wide to provide a little wiggle room so it moves smoothly and has a lip on the end to keep the roll from falling off.
There is a pen holder with it so your pen is always on hand, it's modeled on the size of sharpie marker, but has a tapered bottom so pretty much any pen that's a similar size or thinner will fit.
The design should fit most similarly sized label rolls/pens, but feel free to modify to fit your needs. It should be as simple as extruding the label holder rod if you need it longer.
It prints best with the wall mounting portion flat to the bed, took me about 2.5 hours at 60mm/s at 0.3mm resolution, 25% cubic infill.
