Labeled Small Box for Radius Gauge

My first ever contribution to MakerWorld! I took the Small Box for Radius Gauge by @Wastel361 and made two changes: 1) I added flush text label to the top cover of the box, for Waste1316's Inner and Outer Radius Gauge sets. I've included one top cover for the Inner Radius Gauge set and one for the Outer Radius Gauge set on separate, named plates.2) I incorporated a design idea from a comment left by @Necronomic on the original design - to add a tab on either end of the bottom try, to help with ease of separating the lid from the base.
