Labo VR Head Strap Adapter

This is a head strap adapter for the Nintendo Labo VR goggles.


I didn't want to print a whole VR headset since the cardboard isn't bad, is light and a headset ask for a lot of PLA for nothing more than duplicating the cardboard.

I think it is the best way to add head strap to the Labo VR since it doesnt damage the cardboard.

Printing this on the top or bottom edges are probably the best mecanical, fastest and cheapest way of printing this. The easiest is printing it like the STL suggest.

You will need to print this with supports. On the edge it take around 38g to print this, laying flat 50g.

It's quite easy to install. Remove the washers on the sides, clip the adapter in the washers places on both side. You can also slide the top part under the lens edge .
Install a headstrap and voila !

EDIT : The print is finished, it's a perfect fit as i expected, i added some picture to illustrate how it look. My head strap is made from a pair of suspenders, DIY to the end :)
