Lack table filament feeder - improved

This is an adjustment of Nathan Crawford's nice filament feeder for use with Prusa printers inside a Lack table enclosure. The thread has been lengthened so the nut screws onto shaft when installed on a 50mm thick Lack table top. In addition, the part of the tube where the filament exits the tube has a bigger fillet inside so that the filament has less chance of scratching or making a noise as it is feeding though past the exit of the tube.

For installation, drill a suitable hole though from the top of the lack table to pass the feeder shaft though. Insert the shaft part through he top surface of the table top and secure the shaft at the bottom surface of the table top using the nut part, tightening it with your fingers.
