This is a frame kit for converting your Raspberry Pi 400 with Waveshare 7inch Display [SKU 18068] to a laptop (or portable?) PC without any hardware-modification.

Unfortunately, I don't have a large capacity, high power small battery for the Raspberry Pi 400, so I made this kit to work with an AC adapter.
This may be called a "transportable PC" rather than a laptop.
