Laptop Stand/ Cooling Pad

My laptop keys were getting really hot and the USB powered laptop cooling pads just weren't working. I designed this cooling stand and so far my laptop is running much cooler.

It is held together using (6) 5mm X 20mm screws and nuts (4) 3mm X 35mm screws and nuts and (8) 3mm X 18mm screws and nuts.

This is the fan, speed controller, and dc jack I used to build it. The power supply is a 12v power adapter I had laying around in a drawer.
