Large Balloon Boat with Brick Deck

This remix has a few improvements: - It's larger, which keeps it from tipping over as easily when the balloon is full. - I redid the deck texture, as the original printed a little bit too small to grip minifigs properly. - I also made the gunwale taller to keep water from sloshing in as easily.
