Large CNC Router

This is my 2nd generation CNC router, this time larger scale - cutting area is ~ 750mm x 1500mm. Designed in Fusion360 with fully movable x,y and z axis, you can download the Fusion360 archive as well. The machine is currently in the process of being assembled. Made out of mostly Misumi aluminum extrusions 80x80, milled flat on both sides by the manufacturer. Gantry is composed of several pieces screwed and glued together for rigidity. Hiwin rails and blocks, TBI ballscrews and Nema 23 closed loop steppers. Some parts of the build were used from the previous generation (like the Z Axis which was modified slightly). Feel free to use, build and modify with the right attribution and credits to the original creator. Thanks for all the other creators who supplied great components like the spindle, motors, etc.
