This is a complete remodeling of the large combination lock by @EGauthierEAO.
* This version requires no bolts, but rather snaps together
* It scales nicely to 50% unlike the original
* Face plate uses sunk numerals for better print
* Requires no support
* Uses friction tabs to eliminate free wheeling.
There is a plate you may print all the parts scaled to 50% which I recommend as ideal print size
All the parts are aligned for printing without support, I would recommend going slow with the smaller parts (push pin, LockDIsc)

below is the development log, I am considering adding a gear system to enhance accuracy and add multiple complete rotations:

re-uploaded the plate (same parts) because one of the parts was not aligned

modified Base to have separate friction pole - easier printing and more robust; pole sliced to be easier to print on flat side
modified friction plates to have more friction 1.21 & 1.22
