Large Desiccant Tray

This desiccant box was designed for larger applications such as (firearm) safes, vehicles, and other large volume areas. It was modeled to be able to be handled a more roughly than what you typically see modeled for our printers. The walls are 2.6mm thick and the lid is a tight snap fit but can be removed if necessary. I can pick mine up by the lid fully loaded without it coming off, but you can add some zip ties if you want to be certain it won't come off. The large V in the center of the model was added to increase exposed surface area of the beads. Both versions are available on the same print profile.The external dimensions of the box not including lid are 4"D x 8.5"W x 4"H.It holds 2.5 lbs. of dry silica gel desiccant. The slots are under 1.6mm wide to accommodate most beads.It should be printed in PETG so the desiccant can be recharged without removal from the holder.The box is around 12 hours and the lid another 2 hours with standard settings.
