I made this chain for a Halloween costume. The ring is made by bending a 1/2" PVC pipe.
The mount is three pieces that sandwich around a thin sheet of wood or plastic.
Mount uses 3mm bolts and nuts.
The rod is 3/8" (9.5 mm)
