large leak testing dunk tank

large tank used to find leaks in welded containers. the counter balance plates are not shown here but they mound on the bottom of the carrage and need to be heaver than the bouyancy of the tanks that are being tested. i added lights (pond lights) to the accutual finished tank to help the inspection process and used a phnumatic hoist to raise and lower the carrage.
