Large Pet Feeder

I have modified the feeder paddle to include TPU wipers. I was having issues with the food clogging and binding on the paddle blade. Modified the paddle blade to have TPU wipers and solved the problem.

This is a remix of my original pet feeder designed for larger kibble.

I've included STL and 3mf files, use either for printing. The 3mf should load into Fusion360 for modifications if needed.

The electronics are the same as before.

The code was modified to self tighten the bushing to the T. The code also turns the paddle 1/4 turn when using a stepper motor with a 27:1 gear box. Code is included and can be modified to your specific needs.

The main body of the feeder is a 4" sanitary cleanout T that can be found at Lowe's or Homedepot etc.

The paddle and the shaft are made of PETG. The shaft has walls set to 99 for solid concentric infill.

A motor mount for a standard stepper and a geared stepper are included, use the one you need.
