A larger cable guide similar to the ones I had previously made here:https://makerworld.com/en/models/424622#profileId-328047 Simply put some double sided tape or Velcro on the flat part of it and stick it to the wall with the cable inside of it. This specific model is designed for cables up to 8mm in diameter and uses a very small amount of filament so you can print several for next to nothing.
