This is a NON-Passthrough decorative bell. It does twist out in one direction but is held in place in the other by the solid band between the bell and the handle. This is a great table top decoration that is meant to be played with. It is 6" tall by 4.25" wide. Put it on your counter for your Holiday party or on tables at Weddings/Anniversaries.
