Laser CNC Frame

This has been taken mainly from Open Yag-E designs and modifing a few others to complete the whole laser frame setup. Added fan option for control board since I have mine in my garage and gets warmer in there.
Adjusted the wheel spaceing to allow for normal 24mm v-grove printer wheels.
Motor Trams are mounted Sideways to mount to gantry arm as well.
Supports are only needed for the Adjustable Base for the laser.
