Laser cut foam ear savers

These laser cut foam ear savers relief the stress on the ears of people wearing face masks.
They are designed to be cut from standard 1/2" EVA foam floor mats. I am using these mats from Harbor Freight: https://www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-anti-fatigue-foam-mat-set-94635.html
I can get just under 400 ear savers from a $9 pack of tiles.


There are two SVG files, one for a full tile of ear savers and a pair of ear savers (they cut in pairs) for those that want to optimize their own layout for different sized laser beds.

I could fit more on a single tile but then you have to spend time picking out bits of unwanted foam from your ear savers - I have it this way for my own convenience as I cut these when I am doing my day job. If you have a bigger laser bed than me you could probably fit more on a single tile.
