Laser Engraver

I made this CNC gantry for a OXLaser head I received as a gift from my daughter. The 2W laser engraves nicely in materials that react to blue light. The STL files should be self explanatory from the included pictures. I didn't show any fasteners, but that should also be self explanatory.

The extrusion is V-slot 20x20 and 20x40 from Openbuilds. I also used their V-slot wheels and bearings. The wheel tensioner bolts are M3 with nylon locknuts held captive in the carrier.

The controller is an arduino with a GRBL 1.1 compatible shield from EccentricWorkshop.com.
