Laser Level Holder (v3, enforced)

This is a great laser level holder for continuing to use the original laser base and its adjustment functions on a tripod. It's an enforced version of makarov_dimas's great laser level holder, see reference link for credits. Unfortunately, the original version was only intended for lighter cross line lasers. It was a little too weak for my 360° laser, which is why I reinforced it. I not only reinforced the holder itself, but also the screw for fixing it to the tripod/rod.
