While laser cutting paper, the airflow from the laser module likes to blow cuttings around which occasionally will block the laser beam. The airflow also can lift the paper off of the focus plane This attachement which screws onto this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1982844) laser mount via accessory screw holes to deflect the airflow from disturbing the target. Unfortunately also inhibits fire extinguishing feature of laser module (the blowing air). Use at your own risk. There is enough room between the module and the deflector to get your fingers in to focus the laser.
