Laserable Rack Mount Fascia

1U to 6U laser ready rack mount fascias. Add your cutouts, and strart making your own rack mounted kit.

6mm ply or two 3mm sheets is normally stiff enough for fascia plates that don't flex when you use them, though you might want to build up layers if you want fittings to not show on the face.

The left side has only 2 holes per plate, and the right has all the available mounts, including the optional middle holes. leave the edge areas clear of any fittings as they represent the position of the rack, only the central 450mm is available for equipment.

The sizes correspond exactly to the 19” rack mount specifications, and have been tested in commercially available racks.
