To build this, you are going to need 1mm and 3mm MDF sheets. Other materials might not be as suitable for putting an Incense cone into it due to their flammability but plywood might work quite es well. Of course there is always a fire hazard when using incense cones - never leave an incense burner of any kind unattended!
These are the settings for each color in the vector files:
- black - cut through the material
- red - dark engraving / about 0.3mm to 0.5mm deep
- yellow - light engraving / about 0.1mm to 0.3mm deep
Engrave layers in this order:
1st yellow
2nd red
3rd black
You might want to fix you material to the build plate of you laser engraver so every layer gets burned right into its exact place.
Make an appointment at your makerspace now if you dont have a laser cutting machine! ;-)
