This is neither more nor less than advertised. This disc fits perfect around your TP roll holder and is, when not needed, hidden silently underneath the roll. But when needed it gives a hard-to-miss warning that the TP situation is critical. But lo-and-behold! As you reach for the last roll you are presented with a clear an d hard to miss sign that this is, indeed, the last roll and you better make sure to replace it. And if you still somehow manage to get distracted on your way to do just that - your next visit will be pre-emptively informed of the situation as your eyes are drawn to the bright red disc.
