Lateral Inverted Thrust Chamber.

The concept is to create lateral thrust against the diagonal walls of the compressional cups held by a metal ring and thus create lift upwards. when the cups would be made of rubber, and the metal rings could flip them up and down, we change the orientation of the circulating flow and thus forces within the thrust chamber. this way perhaps a craft could have two, or even four, differently orientated motors creating a flow loop, bringing the air with us, tobe able to push off of the contained air, to reach higher altitudes, normally no longer attainable, by a drone for instance. if the chamber brings its own atmosphere to push off of, internally cycled, maybe even ionized for electro gravitic effects. a wire is easily spun.
