Lathe chuck stop

The chuck stop was made for my Hare & Forbes AL-320G / L141 metal lathe (Model available within Australia) to locate shorter parts beyond the chuck jaws to provide clearance for facing operations. It has been designed for the standard 150mm / 6" chuck on the AL-320G however it likely suits 150mm chucks for other lathes that have jaws that are 18mm wide. I have included 3 stop depths - 13mm, 19mm & 25mm. This design does not have inset magnets to hold the stop against the chuck face, however they are a light press fit over the jaws and are held in place on my lathe. Autodesk Fusion 360 f3d and STEP files have been included for anyone to modify them as required.
