Lathe tailstock DRO

Mount to adapt a 4" machine scale to the Precision Mathews PM-1236 lathe tailstock. This design uses a flexible connection between the scale and quill to accommodate for small rotation and misalignment. Fits MT3 tailstock with 32mm OD. May fit similar lathes such as Grizzly G4003 / G0750G.

Parts used:
(1) Shars 4" horizontal digital machine scale (SKU 303-9301).
(4) M4 20mm socket head cap screws to attach bracket to tailstock. Drilling and tapping into tailstock required.
(1) M4 16mm socket head cap screw to tighten shaft collar to quill.
(2) M3 6mm socket head cap screws to attach machine scale to bracket.
(1) M2.5 6mm socket head cap screw to couple machine scale to quill bracket.
