Tooling designed to weld lattice girders and pillars.
I have designed the white to weld an anchor plate to the ground to each pillar, ensuring speed and that all are at 90 degrees. The plate used is 4mm and the square tube 30x30x2mm.
On the other hand, black is designed to weld brackets on each pillar to support the beams, always leaving the same distance to the top (40mm). The purpose of these supports is to support the beam and fasten each pillar with an f-clamp without the need for 2 people.
