launch wand for flyer

i editted the design of the spool even further to create a large scale wand for "fling-launching" one of the flying disks. i have not printed this, but i attempted to design it so that it would not have any need for supports. i don't plan to print this due to lack of filament and time, but thought i'd share my design so other's could see/use it.
