Bordermaster (Avon Plastics) (and other mfrs.) makes a hammer-in lawn edging product using plastic panels around 8" wide and just over 4" tall. They only provide one of the right-angle connectors for the product for each package (not enough). Here is a model so you can print as many as needed.
I printed the prototype oriented straight up, used a raft in case it tipped over but not really sure you need a raft. Printed in PLA on my Creality CR-10 at 85% infill. It took a couple hours to print. Works like a charm!
I didn't design a replacement product for the actual hammer-in slats because it would not be practical to print these from a time perspective. The stuff is less than $1 per linear foot of edging so... not really worth the hours it would take to print the slats, IMO.
Thanks
Mike
