Lay Flat Ethernet Spool Locking Cover

A locking cover for the [Lay Flat Ethernet Spool](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2958843) by Howey3323. For when the pieces of that spool don't click together because there's too much wiggle room, which was the case when I printed it.

Fits (very) snug into the middle of the spool, locking both parts together. Make sure the top few layers are printed with a low layer height (.2 or lower), to make sure the locking edge comes out right. It might take a little bit of force to get it in there, but that's exactly the point!
