Lay-Flat Pasta Gauge

A friend expressed a need for a pasta gauge like one she saw, and it sounded like something Thingiverse would already have, so we took a peek. Sure enough there are many options there, but only one flat-laying, drop-in measuring tool of the type she wanted.

That one (from @Engineer89) looks great, though there were a few changes I wanted to make before printing. I pulled the STL into Blender where I made a bunch of adjustments…

* It's just a shade big for my mini printer if I were to add a brim.
* I dropped the 3portion section, keeping just the half, one and two portion options which still covers many situations. (Also: 3 = 2+1)
* I simplified the mesh
* I chamfered all the edges, but kept the bottom corners 90deg.
* I added a fillet to the divider-to-base joints for a bit of strength
* I added the portion texts. Obvious, but fun to have there.
* I added a hanging hole, just in case you want to put it on display
* I added flanges on either side for more handling and ho
