Lay-Z-Spa Coarse Prefilter

A rough prefilter for the original Lay-Z-Spa cartridge filter holder.

I've connected a sand filter in series with the original pool heater, so I don't have to replace filter cartridges every other day.


This printed part fits snugly inside the original inlet paper filter housing that's screws into the outgoing outlet inside the pool.

It traps most hair and larger particles before they reach the sand filter, helping to keep the water flowing well for longer.


Printed in PETG on a Prusa MK4 – works great and holds up well in wet conditions.
