Lazy Skully

Originally just a remix I really took this design and combined the lazy susan concept from R2D2 and vwalla, I got this. Not done yet, but overall I'm quite pleased.

The adjoiner piece goes into the core and the hat, there is a slot in each of them designed for it and installation is pretty easy. When you print this all you'll need after are some standard plastic air soft pellets and the hat will twirl.

There are some pieces on the hat that need supports but I've printed completely without supports before and the hat still turned out well.

The skull NEEDS supports, it would be a disaster to try printing without them. I usually print with at least 36%, that covers all the necessary bits. If you print with "Supports on Build Plate Only" some of the upper teeth may have some issues.

I like printing the skull and the hat different colors to see how they turn out. Bone white GITD and Green GITD contrast really well and a black hat with sparkles also goes well with most colors.
