Leaf Clip for Spectrometer

This is a leaf clip to hold a leaf in place and fix positions of optical fibres. It should allow the measurement of leaf reflectance and transmittance using the sun as a radiation source. It is loosely based on the Fluowat leaf clip design.

This is a prototype and various options are still being explored, such as the optimal size and position of the window allowing sunlight to pass through. It could also be extended to allow the insertion of filters for the window.

It is recommended to use black material to print this clip and ideally apply highly absorbing paint to the inside to prevent multiple scattering and contamination of the measurement.
