LED light bar - 200mm x 4mm slot to hold a sheet of perspex/acrylic/plexiglass
Internals - 5050 smd or similar with RGB wifi controller.
Note: no hole has been included for the plug entry for power at the rear due to variations in controllers you might use. I drilled a hole to suit, but have included the Fusion 360 files if you want to modify them to your needs.

Use a liquid chalk / chalk marker to draw your designs, get bored with it - wash it off and start again. I should really leave the artist work to the wife and grandkids though LOL.
