LED Headlamp Clip Replacement

This LED Headlamp Clip Replacement is a direct replacement for a broken original part. The model was designed to faithfully replicate the factory clip so it fits and functions just like the original. Rather than simplifying the geometry for easier printing, I chose to reproduce the part as accurately as possible. This made it a great exercise in careful modeling and printer tuning, pushing both the CAD work and the print to match the original design. Printed in Bambulab Black PETG-HF for durability and flexibility, the clip is strong enough for everyday use while maintaining the precise shape needed to securely hold the headlamp. If your original clip broke, this print should get your headlamp back in service quickly.
