3D printed LED support strip for my creality ender 3V2. It is fixed directly into the rails with T-nuts. I fixed the two parts of the strip with hot glue
The power cable goes directly into the rails of the printer (see picture) and into the control box.
I plugged the control box directly into the power supply of the printer. The only drawback is that the LEDs only work when the printer is running. You can plug the LEDs into a USB adapter so you can turn them on at any time.
Composition of the box :
- ESP8266 Arduino board
- Voltage regulator (because the printer power supply is too strong for the Arduino board)
- On/off button
- Touch button
The box slides directly into the printer's rails.
