I designed this LED strip holder because I wanted a way to get a little more light on my prints without trying to find a flashlight in my disaster of a desk whenever I wanted to check a print. Pardon the pun, but it makes a night and day difference!
The section that holds the strip is 100mm long and should be easy to glue several together if you wanted to for a longer piece, especially if you support it on both ends. I've also had success softening it with a heat gun and bending it to support around corners, though I haven't done that yet with this iteration.
There are 3 files: 1 with the whole part, and 2 that are split for ease of printing. Since it's rather tall and skinny the full part can be a bit of a pain to print and becomes brittle if you don't have excellent layer adhesion.
I recommend printing out the top and bottom parts laying flat and gluing them after instead of printing the whole thing all at once which should make the prints quite a bit faster and much mor
