This is my 3D-printed controller lock for the Lenovo Legion Go. It’s designed to keep the controller securely attached to the device, and it’s been working reliably for me so far. Filament: Printed mine in PLA, but PETG is probably the better choice if you want improved durability and flexibility. Spring Cavity & Diameter: The spring cavity is intentionally sized to fit a range of spring dimensions, so you’ve got some flexibility depending on what you have on hand. The oem's spring cavity diameter is about 4.5mm. You may need to swap springs to get the right tension and fit. I used a spring from the Everbilt 84-Piece Spring Assortment (Home Depot). For reference, the OEM spring measures 3.75 mm outer diameter and about 10 mm long, while the replacement I used is 4.25 mm outer diameter and about 15 mm long. Design Notes: I haven’t added the feet/tabs from the original design yet but it has been working fine without them. Will continue to work on the design with the tabs. Installation Ti
