Lemon Bolt Juicer

This is my version of the Lemon Bolt originally designed by romanjurt.

My modifications include:
- fins for better grip while screwing the bolt in
- wider opening at the top as lemon leftovers where getting stuck
- stronger teeth
- additional holes, duct and rim at the bottom for better juice lead off
