Lerdge Touchscreen V2 Case

***This is an edit to the original design done by Kris at Kersey Fabrications***

Original design was for V1 of the screen and it appears that Lerdge is now shipping a V2 of the screen. Design was made for using on Ender 5+ though it looks like it will work on several different Creality printers.

This has been modified for the new screw locations and size of the board/screen. It will still mount to the back bracket.
