Lerobot SO-101 gripper Mod

Gripper replacement module for the Lerobot SO-101, compatible with the installation method of the original gripper. Compared to the original configuration, two new grippers are provided here, which enable the so-101's gripper action to be changed from gripping to scooping, making it more suitable for handling fine granular objects.
