This is a cable winder designed to accommodate most cables that are lying around the house, the holes are sized differently so it will fit a range of cable sizes. The purpose of these is for when you have a bunch of cables in a box or drawer where you can simply identify which one you need and take it without bringing 4 other cables with you that are intertwined whit the one you need.
