I, in the past when I was going to vacuum seal something I would cut the bags with a cheap office supply warehouse letter size paper cutter. It gave nice clean fast cuts vs scissors . Well it broke so I sat down and gave my shelf a headache designing this. I had a few goals in mind. I wanted to be able to replace with a standard #9 single edge razor blade you can get anywhere, was the big one goal, the second was to use said razor blade "cartridge" in future designs. I started with replicating the blade, I would link to in but thingiverse is having another bad day. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4584908 I'm considering a scrapper as another design to utilize the cartridge's.
While printing the first prototype (really old filament) the PLA snapped and I had to cancel. At that time I added a 3mm whole to the side to drop in a M3x0.50 set screw. I don't think it is necessary the layers should have enough friction to keep it from coming out.
