leveler top resin friendly

Added a few ways for resin to drain out incase someone wants to print this on a resin printer. As modeled when printed on my resin printer the cavity for printers foot filled in and fused, making it unusable. Drainage holes also save resin. As this is only a remix of top half you can find the bottom half .stl model in Paracethamol's original thingiverse post linked above.
