This lever is designed to help anyone with hand mobility issues to press buttons on devices like electric toothbrushes, shavers, trimmers etc. Because buttons are both raised and inset depending on the device, I opted for using an M5 16 mm to 20 mm screw and nut to act as an offset. This way it is fully adjustable to ensure the lever can be used on any button.

The simple design allows it to attach easily with a zip tie. If the surface allows the zip tie to turn once attached, put an elastic band or a piece of Dycem under the rounded part of the lever where it touches the appliance. This will create a nonslip surface once the zip tie is secured.
